CASE 1: CAVUS FOOT AND HALLUX RIGIDUS
A 50-year-old male presents with metatarsalgia and hyperkeratosis between the second and fourth metatarsals, accompanied by pronated feet and weakness in the posterior tibial muscle. As a result of these symptoms, he has decreased his walking duration. Its objectives are to alleviate pain, diminish hyperkeratosis, and avert the formation of corns.


CASE 2: PLANTAR FASCIITIS
A 43-year-old woman is experiencing plantar fasciitis in both feet, a heel spur, and calcification in the right heel, along with generalized metatarsalgia in the left foot. CASE 1
A 60-year-old male with a history of type II diabetes and a risk of type 3 diabetic foot presents with an amputation of the first and second metatarsals of the right foot, alongside a healed yet active ulcer located beneath the second and third metatarsals (refer to photo). Although he utilized custom orthotics, they failed to alleviate pressure, placing him at risk for re-ulceration.

CASE 3
A 58-year-old male, diabetic and at risk for type I diabetic foot, exhibits slight sensory loss in his right foot. He wears wide athletic shoes and, while he has not developed ulcers, he does experience hyperkeratosis. He is unable to walk more than 4 km due to severe lower back pain and moderate discomfort in his left leg, where he has a knee prosthesis. Its objectives are to diminish the incidence of hyperkeratosis and avert the development of ulcers.
CASE 4
A 75-year-old male factory worker, who regularly lifts heavy loads, is diabetic and at risk for type I diabetic foot, exhibiting no ulcers and maintaining preserved sensation. He presents with hallux valgus in both feet and has a history of surgery on the fifth toe of his right foot, along with several prior foot infections.
